Project Administrator

Kratos has an exciting opportunity in Orlando, FL for a Project Administrator to support the Program / Project Leadership team:

• Schedule and track leadership and team meetings and events to ensure project cadence and compliance with contract requirements
• Coordinate and communicate events and schedules with customer and customeris resident support team (RST)
• Assist with development, content, formatting, and recurring updates to documents used for internal and external communications
• Assist with travel planning, booking, and expense reimbursement
• Author purchase requests for administrative needs
• May assist with front-desk duties (welcome, sign-in, badging) as required due to demand or personnel absences

• Minimum of 7 years administrative experience
• Professional written and verbal communications
• Advanced user of MS office Suite
• Proficient organizational planning, maintenance, tracking, and communications
• Experience planning, arranging, and coordinating travel and travel budgeting
• Superior people skills in support of business outcomes/objectives
• Experience supporting all levels of Management
• To work at this facility, you must be a US person

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Cost Point, Sharepoint, Confluence, Jira software program experience, IMS and financial support.
• Tracking and preparation of deliverables including scheduling, communication with responsible parties, proofing, and editing.
• Previous experience working in a defense contractor environment. Sr. Administrative Admin work in support of defense contracts, defense programs and program management a plus.
