Summary of Position:

The Channel Support Representative will engage with both the Wholesale Sales rep and Wholesale customer to provide as a main point of support for one off quoting opportunities. This person would be introduced as another layer of support for the wholesale relationship.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • To act as a main point of contact foray one off quoting opportunities. Quoting representative will work directly with both the Wholesale client and wholesale sales rep to support individual quoting needs.
  • Quoting rep will be introduced to both new and existing wholesale customers. For new customers, the quoting rep will be introduced on the Premier Wholesale rep's onboarding calls.
  • Expectation is to allocate 40 hours per week to support Wholesale customers.


Required Qualifications:



  • Preferred candidates will have a bachelor's degree and relevant experience, including telecom or customer service. Excellent verbal/written communication, problem solving, analysis and troubleshooting skills are essential. Must be comfortable fielding inbound calls from Granite partners and customers, and chairing conference calls.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel required. Knowledge of Salesforce.com is helpful


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 1 year of telecom and/or customer service experience preferred
