Patient Service Representative (PSR) - Primary Care Family and Internal Medicine, Kennebunk

Location:2 Livewell Drive, Kennebunk, ME
Schedule:Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (consistent schedule, no weekends or holidays)
Remote Flexibility:This is an on-site position.

Position Summary

MaineHealth is seeking aPatient Service Representative (PSR)to join our dedicatedPrimary Care Family and Internal Medicine teamin Kennebunk. The PSR will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
