Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY The Portfolio Manager I's (PM I) primary responsibility is client service and account administration for CitizensTrust (CT) investment management clients. The PM I manages client portfolios in accordance with directions from CT Asset Management or open architecture investment management platform. The accounts for which the PM I is responsible are primarily Liquidity accounts involving the use of money market funds and Treasury bills for investment purposes. The accounts also involve significant money movement. The PM I is responsible for all activities that occur in the client's account and for all client communication. The PM is also responsible for assisting in the business development process in developing and presenting the asset allocation and portfolio management approach for the prospective client. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; 1-3 years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations and interpret and create bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None required. COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE SKILLS Understanding of trust software and report generation is required along with a working knowledge of Excel, Bloomberg and other industry-related programs.
