Job Summary The Pharmacy Account Manager, Dermatology, monitors, evaluates, and engages pharmacies in the Incyte Dermatology pharmacy network. This colleague will oversee Incyte Dermatology's agreements with network pharmacies, focusing on opportunities to appropriately drive utilization of Incyte's dermatology franchise. The colleague will be instrumental in informing and executing organizational policies and procedures, working closely with Market Access, Field Access Management, Patient Access Services, Commercial Operations, Compliance, Payer Marketing, and Field Sales. Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities) * Participate in evaluation of specific pharmacies for addition, continued inclusion, or removal from the Opzelura Pharmacy Network. * Conduct periodic business reviews between network pharmacies and business unit leadership. * Travel to pharmacy accounts and conduct business reviews and educational sessions. * Maintain compliance with applicable laws and company policies. * Interact with cross-functional internal teams within assigned region(s) to manage implementation and understanding of pharmacy programs including co-pay card operations, the commercial access program, and other patient support programs. * Provide strategic insights and recommendations to Patient Access Services, Market Access, Product Strategy, Finance, Legal and Trade regarding business opportunities with network pharmacies. * Support pharmacies with access to services offered by Incyte for their patients. * Monitor and reinforce observance of business rules associated with services agreements for pharmacy partners. * Prospect new pharmacies that meet network criteria and present opportunities for engagement. * Build strong and lasting relationships with pharmacies partnered with Incyte. Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency) * Knowledge of and history of compliance with OIG, CMS, HIPAA, and other regulations impacting pharmacy networks. * Previous experience in reimbursement and successful collaboration with dermatology and retail pharmacies, particularly in managing atopic dermatitis/eczema, is preferred. * A relevant degree or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in customer-facing roles, is preferred. * Proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Webex, and other common software. Travel required - approximately 50-75%, with accommodations available for individuals with disabilities. * Excellent listening, communication (written & oral), and facilitation skills. * Strong initiative to identify problems and proactively recommend appropriate solutions. * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
