About the role: The director of branch experience is the connector between vision and execution, ensuring the credit union's bold dreams are fully realized through the leadership of branch people leaders. This leader champions the Member Engagement Manifesto by inspiring, guiding, and empowering branch people leaders to consistently deliver excellence all the way through the final mile. They remove barriers, create clarity, and cultivate a culture where the success of members and the growth of teams are equally celebrated. By walking with leaders through both light and dark moments, the director positions the credit union as a trusted partner for life with a commitment to creating joy and igniting Michiganders' impossible dreams. This position has a starting annual rate of $115,500, but your offer amount may be increased with relevant work experience and transferable skills. A Day in the life of a Director/Branch Experience can look like:
Ensure organizational priorities and the Member Engagement Manifesto are translated into consistent branch practices that deliver extraordinary member experiences.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and accountability, building their confidence and capability to lead their teams with clarity, care, and excellence.
Monitor and reinforce standards so that members encounter extraordinary experiences that are grounded in trust, belonging, and support, no matter which branch they visit.
Foster a culture where growth, collaboration, and Huzzahs are prioritized, ensuring branch people leaders model the tone and values of the organization.
Ensure branches maintain adherence to all policies, cash controls, security procedures, and regulatory requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating risk.
