Job Description We are seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals to join our team in an independent, production-focused role. This position plays a key part in supporting operational goals by ensuring accurate and timely research within our systems. Conduct research within Wells Fargo's system of record to locate updated addresses for customers in response to returned mail. Work primarily with credit card accounts to identify and verify accurate address information. Navigate multiple internal applications simultaneously to complete research efficiently and accurately. MUST Have Skills 10 key, data entry, computer skills Additional Skills & Qualifications Performance Expectations Attendance & Punctuality: Consistent and reliable presence is critical. Productivity: Ability to meet or exceed daily production targets. Quality: High accuracy and attention to detail in all work. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
