You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, coordinate prescription shipments, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations-all while contributing directly to patient care and satisfaction. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle *high-volume inbound and outbound calls* (85-110 calls/day) with professionalism and accuracy * Provide clear, accurate information to patients and healthcare providers * Schedule and confirm medication deliveries with attention to detail * Maintain complete and compliant patient records * Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery * Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment * Follow HIPAA and all applicable regulations *Qualifications* * High school diploma or equivalent required * 3-5 years of customer service or call center experience preferred * Minimum typing speed of *35 WPM* * Strong telephone communication skills and a *customer-first mindset* * Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards * Pharmaceutical or healthcare call center experience is a plus *Preferred Skills* * Empathy and emotional intelligence * Experience with CRM systems and call center metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR) * Ability to meet quality and adherence goals consistently *Work Environment* * Onsite role with structured training * Fast-paced, high-volume call center supporting patients and providers *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
