Responsibilities
Clinical Patient Services Coordinator/Scheduler LPN Job Description: Patient Care Coordination: Clinical Coordinator LPNs are responsible for coordinating patient care activities, which include scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring that healthcare practices comply with established standards. Patient care as needed.Communication Liaison: They act as a bridge between patients, families, and healthcare providers, facilitating communication to ensure comprehensive care delivery. This includes addressing patient inquiries and concerns. Administrative Support: In addition to clinical duties, Clinical Coordinator LPNs assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate patient records, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Quality Improvement: Clinical Coordinator LPNs may also participate in quality improvement initiatives, helping to enhance patient care and clinical operations within their facility. Duties:

Qualifications Requirements: GA LICENSE Minimum 2 years experience as an LPN. Experience in an office setting and behavioral health preferred.
