Given Snowflake's explosive growth, we are expanding our Corporate Development team and seeking a highly strategic, results-oriented Corporate Development Sr. Manager to define and execute the inorganic growth strategy through key M&A and strategic investment initiatives. This leader will have a defining impact on the future shape of the Data Cloud. Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Development, this critical role works closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and C-suite, to proactively identify, evaluate, and execute complex strategic opportunities. The scope includes transaction execution and serving as a trusted advisor on "build, partner, or buy" decisions to accelerate our product roadmap and global market penetration. The ideal candidate is more than a dealmaker; they are a sophisticated strategic partner with deep market insight to spot disruptive trends and ensure acquisitions align with our multi-year vision. You must have a proven track record leading end-to-end M&A transactions across various deal types and possess a nuanced understanding of the rapidly evolving technology landscape, particularly within Data, Cloud infrastructure, and AI.
