Position Summary

Work directly with our clients or Oceaneering Project Managers to direct fabrication, including 3rd party services, ensuring timely completion of work orders while maintaining strict adherence to company safety, health, and environmental policies. This can include SIT's, FAT's and any related services. Ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining strict adherence to company safety, health, and environmental policies. Direct the work of personnel (including 3rd Party Personnel) so that work orders are completed in a timely manner.


Duties And Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL:

  • Lead daily safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture on-site.
  • Review work orders to determine production and time requirements of work.
  • Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequence to meet work order goals.
  • Collaborate with Operations/Manager/Project Managers/supervisors/Logistics to coordinate activities between different departments.
  • Inspect materials, machines, tools, rigging, and other equipment to identify out of date certifications prior to that impacting project use.
  • Develop and maintain inventories of equipment and rigging required for project scopes.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
  • Supervise different SOW as required to support project execution schedule.
  • Ensure client deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and without incidents or critical non-conformance.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 3 years related experience and/or training in oil & gas construction/ fabrication, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have knowledge of the design and use of tools and equipment in order to perform minor maintenance and repairs.

DESIRED:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Strong organization skills are necessary.
