The Space and Intelligence Division provides professional services to the US Space Force, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community, and NASA. The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), within the Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of enterprise and program level systems engineering, modeling and simulation, cybersecurity, acquisition support, and governance to the Space and National Intelligence community. We provide special policy and security analysis support. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, National Reconnaissance Office, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

Timeline for intern selection:

• Applications can be submitted and will be reviewed thru 15 December 2025.
• Interviews will be ongoing and conclude by 29 December 2025.
• Offers/decisions will be extended by 4 January 2026.

SPA has a need for a Financial Analyst Intern at our Chantilly, VA location.

Learn and gain experience through providing analytic and financial data analysis support for important DoD and Intelligence Community acquisition activities. This position will provide you with exposure to and expected participation in policy and program research, light data analysis, and development of presentations for senior leadership, focusing on budget and acquistion activities.

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance
• Working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Managment, Accounting, or similar field
• Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to synthesize data and communicate clearly via written and verbal means
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to communicate to decision makers
• Ability to report to designated work location in Chantilly, VA, up to full time, based on the needs of the customer
