Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Cape Canaveral, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Install and configure network devices (network printers, scanners, plotters, personal computer systems(PCs).
• Troubleshoot problems with network printing and scanning devices.
• Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets, aka network connects (activation of data drops).
• Detailed knowledge of audio/videoconferencing standards.
• Repair and replace data connectors on network cables and data drops.
• Assist in the relocation of client employees to the facility (move personal computer systems and activate data drops in the new location).
• Troubleshoot network issues with personal computer systems and LAN (duplex mismatches, duplicate Internet Protocol service, corrupt firewall software, proxy configuration issues).

• Pay rate: $34.65/Hour
• Hours: 4x10, 6 AM-4 PM
• Length: Contract (12m+ with opportunity of extension).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with information technology networking, troubleshooting, and conference room support, Venture capital trusts (VTCs).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with network, regarding the installation and configuration of network devices.

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Basic technical certification, hardware repair, component-level knowledge, operating system (Windows, Unix/Linux, Apple), application knowledge, troubleshooting techniques.

Additional Information :

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

• Possible lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• A clean driving record as a Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) will be run.

• Able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
