Cape Fox subsidiary, Saxman One, LLC is seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Manager to join our team in support of a federal government client. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting mission objectives through effective coordination, proactive communication, and a commitment to delivering quality results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $158,000 - $209,000 The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn. Core Duties:
- Provide overall supervision, leadership, and direction to all Contractor personnel assigned under the Task Order
- Ensure all work instructions and schedules originate with the Contractor, not Government staff, and resolve any conflicts with the SOW through coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
- Manage and oversee all project management activities, including risk, issue, and opportunity management; cost estimation; performance tracking; and milestone achievement throughout the project life cycle
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring successful completion of all assigned projects
- Monitor subcontract performance, warranties, and data management to ensure timely and compliant delivery of all requirements
- Provide support services in requirements identification, change control, acquisition, logistics, and operations, and maintenance
- Respond to data calls and Cyber Directives, including Command Task Orders (CTOs), Information Assurance Vulnerability Messages (IAVMs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGORDs), ensuring compliance with IT and cybersecurity controls
- Represent the Contractor in Government meetings, including In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), Configuration Design Reviews (CDRs), System Design Reviews (SDRs), Change Control Boards (CCBs), and Change Advisory Boards (CABs)
- Prepare and submit required reports (CDRL A005), including monthly progress and status updates detailing staffing, risks, issues, performance metrics, and financial data
- Maintain accurate personnel rosters and ensure staffing levels meet task order requirements
- Participate in formal and informal IPRs, submitting briefing materials one week in advance and reporting on action items, issues, and project performance
- Lead and document Task Prioritization Meetings with the COR and SMEs, recording minutes and tracking action items
- Ensure compliance with telework requirements, maintaining accountability for Government-furnished equipment and ensuring SECRET-level work is performed on-site
- Verify that all personnel possess and maintain required clearances, certifications, and training in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M and DFARS 252.239-7001
- Oversee the preparation, quality control, and timely submission of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and other Government stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance metrics, ensure issue resolution, and maintain compliance with all SLAs and quality standards
- Provide continuity of operations through succession planning, staff cross-training, and proactive risk management
- Ensure all contract activities adhere to federal, DoD, and Navy IT, cybersecurity, and privacy policies
