INTERNSHIP: SOLIDWORKS Product Management AI

Role Description & Responsibilities

As a SOLIDWORKS Product Management AI Intern, you will join the SOLIDWORKS Product Management team to transform and optimize internal processes. Your primary focus will be to analyze current workflows, design automation strategies, and incorporate AI-driven solutions locally to enhance scalability and efficiency for all employees. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that your solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

You will be developing multiple AI agents to automate our mundane, workflow & checklist-based tasks. Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Process Analysis & Documentation: Evaluate and document current product management workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify manual, repetitive tasks that are ripe for automation.

  • Automation Strategy & Development: Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using Python and relevant scripting tools. Integrate AI components into automation pipelines to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Create scalable solutions that can be adopted across the organization.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with development teams to understand new features and ensure smooth integration Collaborating with other operations teams to maintain overall system health

In essence, SOLIDWORKS Product Managers are responsible for defining product strategy, gathering customer feedback, prioritizing features, and collaborating with development teams to deliver CAD software that meets user needs and advocate our solutions.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Python

  • Experience using LLMs, Visual LLM, NLP, RAG, LangChain, n8n or Agent Builder

  • Experience in deploying AI models that run locally

  • Understands Agile development

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies and how they can be applied in enterprise environments.

  • Knowledge on Jenkins or any CI/CD tool is a plus

  • Prior experience or coursework in process analysis, product management, or business process automation is advantageous.

This is a paid internship in the Dassault Systemes Corp. office located at 175 Wyman Street Waltham, MA 0245.

In addition to working with your direct team, as a member of Dassault Systemes NAM Intern Program you will be invited to our Speaker Series, Lunch and Learns, Networking Events and employee functions.
