Customer Service Representative - Automotive Recall Support We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our automotive support team. This role involves managing high-volume inbound calls related to airbag recalls, warranty inquiries, and technical troubleshooting. Candidates must be comfortable navigating multiple systems and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Handle 30-40 inbound calls per shift, assisting customers with recall scheduling, dealership information, and radio code troubleshooting * Document customer concerns accurately and create cases for resolution or escalation * Provide clear, accurate information and dispatch cases to appropriate departments when needed * Support settlement-related inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail * Use multiple screens, software platforms, and processes to assist customers efficiently * Collaborate with team members to share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement * Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates Required Skills & Qualifications * Previous experience in a call center or customer service role * Strong computer navigation skills; ability to work across multiple systems * Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM * Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required * College degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted Top Skills * Call center operations * Customer service excellence * Computer proficiency * Outbound and inbound communication Location: Onsite \| Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chino, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
