Midwest Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Sr. Manager Trade & Revenue Growth Management, Foodservice preferably based in Minneapolis, MN or Buffalo, NY.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

The Sr. Manager of Trade & Revenue Growth Management for our Foodservice business at Lactalis Midwest Yogurt, Inc. (Yoplait, GoGURT, Oui, Ratio, Mountain High) is the financial visionary and strategist behind our entire Foodservice commercial operation. This leader is responsible for the overall strategic design, long-term price/mix strategy, organizational capability building, and driving future margin expansion across every Foodservice channel of business. They will lead the go to market strategy for our Funding and Spending policies to all Broadline & Specialty Distribution (i.e. Sysco, USFoods, PFG, Dairies, etc), our Bid strategy in K-12, and our overall indirect spending strategy with Military, FMC's, and GPO's. This role is a strategic partner to the Sr. Director of Sales and Finance, responsible for sustainably improving Net Revenue and Gross Margin through best-in-class trade investment and pricing discipline.

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Strategy: Design and lead the cross-functional RGM agenda. Develop the long-term strategic framework for all pricing, pack/size architecture, promotional guardrails, and trade investment optimization to maximize Net Revenue and margin.

Trade Governance & Compliance: Establish, document, and enforce company policies for all trade spending. Serve as the gatekeeper for all exceptions, ensuring that programs align with legal requirements, internal controls, and trade reporting standards.

Trade Technology & Roadmap Leadership: Own the multi-year technology roadmap for trade systems (TPM/TPO). Direct the IT and Finance teams on system enhancement, integration, and adoption across the entire commercial organization.

Executive Commercial Review Leadership: Lead the quarterly executive review process with the leadership team, presenting high-impact, actionable recommendations for trade allocation, pricing strategy, and Net Price Realization.

From your STORY to ours

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

  • Master's in Business Administration
  • 10+ years in Trade Management, Sales Finance, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with significant experience in a high-volume, promotional industry (Foodservice, CPG, or related Food Manufacturing).
  • Deep knowledge of RGM principles (pricing, mix, promotion), with the ability to translate data science/predictive analytics into commercial plans.
  • Deep understanding of the P&L from Gross Sales to Operating Income, with proven success in managing and influencing trade spend to drive bottom-line results.
