Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays) | 8 AM - 5 PM

This isn't your basic warehouse gig. It's a leadership role. If you can run a shift, hit the numbers, and keep your crew motivated (and maybe laughing), you're our kind of Supervisor.

You'll Own the Daily Hustle By



  • Bringing a diploma or GED (extra training is a bonus)
  • Stepping in with 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment
  • Staying on your feet, lifting 50 lbs, and keeping the pace all shift
  • Knowing the safety rules and making sure your crew follows them
  • Knowledge of steel products and the pipe manufacturing process
  • Able to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications


Responsibilities:

Team Leadership



  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of team members involved in metal processing, pipe fabrication, and related production operations.


Workflow Management



  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure all work is completed efficiently and in alignment with production schedules.


Quality Assurance



  • Inspect finished work to verify it meets all specifications, quality requirements, and company standards.


Safety Compliance



  • Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies; conduct routine safety inspections to ensure a safe work environment.


Resource & Equipment Management



  • Oversee proper use, care, and maintenance of tools, machinery, and materials to support optimal productivity.


Training & Development



  • Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support for new employees and existing staff to strengthen skill levels and overall team performance.


Problem Resolution



  • Identify and address production issues quickly while implementing effective corrective actions.


Reporting & Documentation



  • Maintain accurate records of production output, labor hours, material usage, and other required documentation.


Cross-Department Collaboration



  • Work closely with sales, logistics, maintenance, and other departments to meet customer needs and support smooth workflow across the organization.
