Description:
Typical Training / Experience

  • Requires a BS/BA or Associate degree in a related discipline with 2-5 years of relevant experience; certification may be required in some areas.
  • OR requires an MS/MA with 2-4 years of experience in a related field; certification may be required in some areas.

  • Serves as a fully competent, productive professional, working independently on moderately complex projects and assignments.
  • Work has a direct impact on departmental and cross-functional results.

  • Performs the full range of standard professional-level responsibilities involving data processing, interpretation, and analysis.

  • Demonstrates strong skills in data analysis, resolving missing or incomplete information and addressing inconsistencies or anomalies in complex datasets or research.

  • Works with a high degree of independence, receiving guidance primarily on unusually complex problems or exceptions.
  • Work is typically reviewed periodically by supervisors or internal stakeholders.

Knowledge

  • Possesses and applies broad knowledge of professional principles, practices, and procedures within the relevant field.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of organizational technologies, systems, and best practices to complete moderately complex assignments.

Influence / People Leadership

  • May provide general guidance, direction, or training to junior-level professional or support staff.
