Overview

Waters Corporation's Services Organization is comprised of highly skilled, motivated and customer focused professionals that are technical experts on Waters' product suite. As an IPM Manager working for an industry leader, you'll provide management support to a team of implementation Managers that are committed to ensuring Waters' legendary service for our customers who utilize our scientific instrumentation and software. In this challenging role, you'll have the opportunity to recruit, develop, train, and manage a team. The service organization provides technical expertise for Waters' innovative product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC) for multiple customer laboratories spanning across the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Chemical Materials, Clinical, Food, Environmental, Forensics, Academia and Government industries.

Waters Corporation is currently seeking a highly skilled, motivated professional to join our world-leading Services Organization managing an IPM team in the Americas.



Responsibilities

    Lead a team of implemenation managers
  • Develop Standard SOP for IPMs
  • Optimize efficiency of the IPM team
  • Demonstrate leadership by motivating, recruiting, training, and developing a team of implementation Managers who are responsible for providing legendary service and support to our customers
  • Ensure team exceeds customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that the most current product support and training has been made available and delivered to the IPM team
  • Ensure compliance in all areas of Implemetation and administration
  • Work closely with the Sales, Support and internal teams to ensure waters and Customer success


Qualifications

The successful candidate must have the following competencies:

  • More than 5 years' experience of technical/field experience.
  • Fully aware of Service processes.
  • Sales and Admin processes knowledge.
  • Balancing Sales/Service interest and ensuring maximum output.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the global Waters organisation.

Project Management skills

  • Process driven - understanding of Business Process Management
  • Highly organised
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Ability to act, as well as coordinate with others, to achieve expected result
  • Solution orientated and driven by results
  • Compliant and adhering to Internal Process and ISO requirements
