Robotics Clinical Director (Northeast) Life Unlimited. At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. What will you be doing? The Robotics Clinical Director (RCD) reports directly to the Area Vice President of Strategic Sales, The RCD is primarily responsible for driving "Best in Class" account Implementation, seamless transition, and as needed support for ALL Robotic accounts within their assigned geography both directly and indirectly through Robotics clinical team. In addition, RCD will work closely with both Capital Sales representatives and Recon sales representatives to help achieve the sales objectives across all sales territories while operating within Company policies/procedures and the assigned expense budget.
What will you need to be successful?
Travel Requirements: within designated territory with 2-4 overnights a week. Infrequent national travel for events and conferences All field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully complete our credentialling process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience and geographical location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on set targets. The commission earned will depend on the candidate's performance in the role.
