Description The Digital Modernization sector within Leidos has an opening for an AI Predictive Analytics Manager for the Global Solution Management - Operations II (GSM-O II) contract, under the Global Automations & Intelligent Network Solutions (GAINS) Team. This contract includes the Operations, Sustainment, Maintenance, Repair and Defense of the Defense Information System Network (DISN) within the DOD Information Network (DODIN) in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). This role is primarily remote, but candidates should be willing to travel to Scott AFB, IL or Ft. Meade, MD for on-site support or leadership as needed. At a minimum, a Secret clearance is required upon the start of employment and be able to obtain their Security + certification in a short timeframe. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and strategicleader to drive capabilities and solutions within our organization. There is an emphasis on automation and AI and ML-driven data processing, automation, and data governance best practices to support the Global Management Systems (GMS) project for the Global Solutions Management - Operations II (GSM-O II) contract. This role is critical in ensuring alignment with our roadmap, fostering consistency across agile teams, and delivering impactful results within the capability area goals. The role will be a multi-hatted role as an Agile project manager and integrator is particularly vital in this project involving several scrum teams and complex system-of-systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
