This role will support key initiatives across marketing, sales, and supply chain management to drive business performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage available-to-sell (ATS) and aging inventory processes by partnering with Sales and Supply Chain teams to optimize inventory levels and product allocation. Support development of sales and supply chain strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Execute administrative tasks including vendor setup, contract processing, approvals, and meeting coordination. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with integrated marketing and PR teams on marketing initiatives, creative asset management, and go-to-market activities for new product launches. Assist in evaluating the financial aspects of marketing programs - including ROI, budget tracking, and profitability assessments. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Operations, or Engineering (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of related experience in marketing, analysis, or operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; solid understanding of other MS Office tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize multiple data sources. Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. Working knowledge of marketing principles, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle management. The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
