Description Our client, provides AI solutions similar to CoPilot to improve work flows for law firms. This work is part-time as needed, the client has committed to needing at least 20 hours of work per week. They experiencing a burden on workload from production issues arising from customer complaints on their Office Add-In for Outlook and Word. Their clients use the tool to proof their work, research legal precedent, and compare redlines. The Production Add-In Engineer will work alongside the User group and Engineering teams solving errors that arise from customers that the User team identified needs escalation. The candidate will be working to solve errors, liaise with end-clients, and if needed escalate issues to engineering teams.
