The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 67,760.00 USD - 88,935.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead the Charge in Creating Iconic Brands People Love!

At SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands' Southside Soapbox facility, you'll play a pivotal role in producing industry-leading products like Method and Mrs. Meyers-brands that set the standard for sustainability, innovation, and style. As a Production Supervisor, you're not just overseeing a line-you're driving excellence. You'll partner with another Supervisor to lead a high-energy team, ensuring every product meets the highest quality standards. From monitoring output and leveraging the Redzone system to signing off on each run, you'll be the guardian of performance and precision. Your leadership will shape a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. You'll investigate incidents, champion proactive safety measures, and make sure every protocol is followed. Beyond operations, you'll coach and develop your team, delivering feedback that inspires growth and fuels success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems and making things happen. You'll tackle unexpected challenges head-on, implement corrective actions, and lead change initiatives that keep us ahead of the curve. Plus, you'll manage communications, meetings, programs, and ERP systems to keep everything running smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all safety, quality, GMP, and 5S standards are maintained and established procedures are always adhered to by all employees within the department.

  • Manage the production area personnel, including production line leads and movers + makers. This role will provide direct feedback to these roles via daily discussions, 1-on-1's and 6-month review process.

  • Collaborate with other departments to solve problems and improve processes and procedures that improve OEE and reduce costs.

  • Provide updates to the team by speaking and presenting in huddles and meetings.

  • Ensure compliance with all Redzone reports, GEMBAs and data collection for self and direct reports.

  • Participate in cross functional teams that are focused on solving problems and improving processes and procedures that drive improvements in non-negotiables or reduce costs.

  • Ensure that all Finished goods for sale that are produced adhere to the quality specifications that are expected

  • Complete all necessary reports and provide clear communication to all impacted departments

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelors degree and 3+ years experience withing a manufacturing set

  • ting with at least 2+ years in a leadership position

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • A strong understanding of safety procedures and quality standards, including enforcing policies and conducting audits.

  • Experience working with SAP and/or Redzone in a manufacturing setting

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team

  • Experience in a consumer goods liquid filling manufacturing environment

  • Dedicated to building and supporting a positive safety culture

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • This role is in Chicago, IL (Southside), Onsite requirement

  • Business Travel 10% or less

  • This role is not offering relocation assistance

  • 3rd shift (9:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday-Thursday) with expectation to be available for support and coverage across other shifts
