Role Summary:
Are you passionate about uncovering insights that enhance patient experiences and improve team dynamics? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join us as an RCM Business Intelligence Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who excels at transforming data into actionable insights. As an RCM Business Intelligence Analyst, you will provide impactful Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) reporting and data analysis that enables RCM leadership to make informed decisions, optimize internal operations, support the sales teams, and elevate the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

  • Creates and publishes daily RCM reports related to demand, revenue, and cash and completes ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

  • Create detailed documentation of anomalies (highs and lows) in daily and/or weekly operational performance.

  • Focuses on automation and repeatability to improve team productivity and empower frontline users to better understand their customers and business.

  • Builds, automates, deploys, maintains, and reports metrics and dashboards for monitoring RCM performance.

  • Develop analytical models to support critical functions of RCM.

  • Interfaces with Sales and RCM Teams within the business to define analytical, metric, and reporting requirements.

  • Compiles data from a variety of applications, systems, and sources to create/summarize for analysis.

  • Answers reporting requests using Snowflake, Birst, Dataworks, Microsoft Office, and/or Computers Unlimited TIMS.

  • Supports Leadership by providing analytics to aid in decision making.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by staying up to date on current trends and changes in the marketplace, seeking on-the-job training, and participating in development of training, reviewing professional publications, and state-of-the-art practices.

  • Completes special projects and provides project support as requested by Senior Leadership.

  • Demonstrates commitment to the Compliance & Ethics Program, the Enovis Code of Conduct, the Enovis Sales and Marketing Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, and all supporting and applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Adheres to all internal Corporate Compliance guidelines, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures, and privacy and security standards in accordance with government agencies, including HIPAA requirements.

  • Treats Protected Health Information (PHI) with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.

  • Acquires a basic understanding of the field to include regulatory compliance issues and adheres to these guidelines.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience inclusive of both Business Intelligence (BI) and Management Information Systems (MIS) required.

  • Certification or experience in GenAI, NLP, LLMs, data analysis, or workflow automation. At least one of these areas is required; additional areas are preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of Python, AWS, API, EC2, RDBMS, PBI, Salesforce, SQL required.

  • Experience and familiarity with Data Warehousing, Snowflake, Dataworks, Computers Unlimited TIMS, and/or Birst strongly preferred.

  • Understanding of system technologies, integration, and application within a Revenue Cycle/Financial operational setting.

  • Understanding of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing practices strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of business strategies and drivers, particularly as it relates to Sales Organizations.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Bachelor of Engineering technology, AI, Learning Language models, Data scientist, Management Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline required.

Travel:

  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • Typical work-related travel assignments range from 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Typical office environment.

  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboard, phone, print.

  • Physical Demands: May occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Required to talk and hear. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and to manipulate keys on a keyboard and operate portable input devices (e.g., smart phone, mouse). May occasionally reach with hands and arms. Must have the ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
