In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. Qualified candidates will have approximately two to four years of privacy and technology litigation experience. Direct responsibility is required in the following areas: advising clients on cybersecurity incident response, developing system wide data privacy and cyber security plans, experience with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, NY SHIELD Act and other privacy frameworks. Massachusetts and/or local state bar admission is also required. CIPP-US certification a plus.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with stellar academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A career at Nixon Peabody is the opportunity to do work that matters. It's a chance to use your knowledge to shape what's ahead, to innovate, to learn at a firm that taps into the power of collaboration and collective thinking.
