Overview Calvary Street Management is looking for a dependable, experienced, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join the facilities team at Livingston Place Assisted Living, located in Washington, D.C. The Housekeeper plays a pivitol role in creating a safe and welcoming enviornment for the residents; the housekeeper's primary responsibilities include maintaining state/federal safety compliance and maintaining consistent cleanliness and comfort of the resident's living spaces, ensuring the facilities daily needs are met, and contributing to the overall well-being of the community, The housekeeper's are responsible for the aesthetics and organization of the community's business office, the residential units, and all public or common areas of the property in a neat, efficient, and accomodating condition. Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities and Duties The housekeeper's primary responsibilties and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintains the cleanliness and organization of resident living areas, common areas, and public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
Qualifications EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
#Calvary Pay Transparency: For Washington, D.C. the starting salary ranges from $35,800 - $50,900 plus benefits and retirement program. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
