Location Address: 6301 Forest Hills Dr NE , Albuquerque, New Mexico 87109-4137, United States of America Compensation Pay Range: Minimum Offer $: 15.58 Maximum Offer for this position is up to $: 21.19 Now hiring a Administrative Staff Support - Cardiac Rehab Summary: Performs a variety of clerical support services for the efficient operations of a designated department Type of Opportunity: Part time Job Exempt: No Job is based : Presbyterian Healthplex Work Shift: Days (United States of America) Responsibilities: Obtains all information necessary for admission and discharge of patients, including information to ensure payment to Presbyterian Hospital. Responsible for retrieving all medical records including pathology reports, x-ray reports, and all outside reports from referring physicians Answers all calls promptly and courteously, taking accurate messages and delivering them in a timely manner. Provides back up for all patient charges and insurance verification/processing. Prepares daily treatment, doctor, and simulator schedules and distributes in a timely manner Qualifications:* High school plus specialized, short-term training in secretarial skills, ability to type 45 wpm, word processor skills. Good grammar and communication skills. Knowledge of office equipment.
