THE MISSION

FLETC's training facilities span four states. Thousands of endpoints-from classroom workstations to field laptops-must be secure, patched, and operational every single day. You'll ensure that when an officer sits down to a training system, it works.

You won't be pushing patches to faceless machines. You'll see the training classrooms you're keeping online. When a vulnerability scan comes back clean, you'll know exactly whose mission you protected.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Administer and optimize MECM/SCCM environments across the enterprise
• Plan and execute endpoint deployments, patching, and configuration baselines
• Support endpoint readiness during training surges when classrooms fill beyond capacity
• Ensure compliance with DHS security standards and vulnerability management requirements
• Coordinate with systems, network, and security teams for integrated endpoint management
• Drive automation and efficiency improvements in endpoint lifecycle management

WHAT YOU BRING (REQUIRED)

• 3+ years of experience supporting Windows-based PCs and servers in medium-to-large enterprise
• Microsoft Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification or current equivalent
• Proven experience administering, planning, and deploying MECM/SCCM and site systems
• Understanding of endpoint security, group policy, and compliance frameworks

NICE TO HAVE

Experience managing Apple systems within MECM

Background in federal or DHS endpoint management

Familiarity with zero-trust endpoint architectures

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
