As the Higher Education Director, User Experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design and vision of various digital products and services at McGraw Hill. Your responsibilities will include driving the development of world-class user experiences of educational products and solutions. You will lead a talented team of UX professionals and collaborate closely with technical product management, engineering, and user research teams to understand ongoing work and orchestrate improvements that positively impact all aspects of our customer's holistic educational journey. You will have a have a thorough understanding of the user-centered design process, a deep understanding of user interface design, and a strong strategic vision. We are looking for a creative, energetic individual with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for pushing the boundaries of technology and design. The pay range for this position is between $140,000-$190,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
