Represent HSI and its subsidiaries in a broad array of corporate legal matters. Provide high-quality, responsible, and efficient legal advice and counsel to the Company's respective business units. Identify, and analyze many diverse and complex business and legal issues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
WORK EXPERIENCE: This position requires a minimum of 2+ years of law firm or in-house experience post bar admission. PREFERRED EDUCATION: This position requires a Juris Doctor degree, and the candidate must be a member in good standing in the applicable state Bar. GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Typically, to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations. TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required. The posted range for this position is $112,003 to $175,005 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
