Job Title: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Location: Romulus, NY 14541 Duration: Contract 2 years Job Mode: On-Site Pay rate: $25.00/hour on w2 without benefits Shift hours: M-F, 7:30am-3:30pm Job Description: Assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes. Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans), according to policy and procedure. Group facilitation will also be part of the expectations. Requirements: Possession of a license and current registration as a Licensed Master Social Worker(LMSW) in New York is required.
