You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, drive continuous improvement, prepare for internal and external audits, and champion best practices that enhance customer experience and operational excellence.

  • Partner with design centers and plants to implement quality improvement initiatives and leverage technology to transform QMS from "audit-ready" to "best-in-class."
  • Identify and lead proactive QMS improvements based on product and customer needs; hold stakeholders accountable for execution.
  • Collaborate with Molex Global QMS team and site representatives to standardize policies and procedures, incorporating regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Develop and standardize audit processes, schedules, and corrective actions; introduce advanced audits such as LPA and Gemba walks.
  • Ensure robust site-level preparedness for third-party and customer audits throughout the year.
  • Deliver training on QMS standards, procedures, and tools; provide customized coaching to strengthen understanding of "what" and "why" behind QMS.
  • Lead KPI measurement and management reviews to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain documented QMS procedures, ensure compliance, and implement digital process maps for streamlined access and storage.
  • Capture and manage CSR updates; perform gap analyses to ensure compliance.
  • Execute APQP tools and ensure strong linkage between FMEA, control plans, PPAP, and related deliverables.
  • Champion technology-driven initiatives to eliminate manual processes and optimize quality systems.
  • Lead development of new QMS standards or scope changes (ISO 9001, IATF16949, AS9100, ISO13485).
  • Ensure robust QMS execution and internal audit programs at remote support locations (IATF RSLs).
  • Share best practices and digital quality tools across North America to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
