As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your role includes routine patrols, staying visible to support a secure environment, and delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter of financial institution locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior and report any irregularities or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.
• Support access control procedures, verifying identification and managing entry and exit points as required.
• Assist with emergency evacuations or drills, following established protocols for financial institution environments.
• Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Adhere to all site-specific armed post requirements and maintain appropriate licenses and certifications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
