What this job involves:

The Regional Facilities Manager leads strategic transformation and operational excellence across JLL's premier multi-tier commercial real estate portfolio in the Western Region, based in Los Angeles. This executive-level role drives the implementation of comprehensive target operating models across rapidly expanding creative advertising agency environments serving global clients. You'll navigate complex organizational change while establishing standardized operational frameworks that scale across diverse creative workspace environments, from flagship campuses to specialized agency facilities. This visionary leadership position requires extensive regional travel and hands-on oversight to ensure consistent service delivery excellence across all portfolio tiers, while fostering innovation and building high-performing teams capable of managing dynamic creative agency environments and complex operational requirements.

What your day-to-day will look like:

* Lead strategic implementation of target operating models across multi-tier regional portfolio, adapting frameworks to meet unique creative agency requirements

* Drive organizational transformation initiatives supporting portfolio expansion and consolidation, ensuring seamless integration of new properties into existing operational structures

* Manage facility services across expanding regional portfolio, implementing scalable processes that accommodate growth and portfolio optimization

* Build and develop high-performing cross-functional teams capable of managing diverse creative agency environments and complex operational requirements

* Lead complex contract negotiations and vendor selection processes, implementing performance management systems for consistent service delivery

* Travel extensively throughout the region providing hands-on leadership, strategic guidance, and operational oversight across all properties

* Serve as primary regional liaison for complex client relationships, ensuring alignment between portfolio strategies and client strategic objectives

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Facilities/Property Management or equivalent work experience in related field

* 7+ years of facilities or property management experience with third-party provider, corporate, or consulting background

* Multi-site management experience with demonstrated ability to oversee regional operations across multiple locations

* Knowledge of commercial real estate systems including HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, furniture, and building energy management

* Portfolio-level financial management experience including accounting, budgeting, and vendor performance supervision

* Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively within the Western Region

* Strong organizational and management skills with ability to prioritize across multiple locations simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience managing creative agency or advertising industry workspace environments

* Proven track record in organizational transformation and change management initiatives

* Leadership development and succession planning experience across regional organizations

* Advanced knowledge of tier-based portfolio management strategies and frameworks

* Experience with portfolio consolidation and expansion in commercial real estate

* Strong presentation and client relationship management skills for executive-level interactions

* Professional certifications in facilities management, property management, or related disciplines

Work Shift: Standard business hours

Estimated compensation for this position:

120,000.00 - 125,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
