We are seeking a Director of NPI Planning to lead the development and management of New Product Introduction (NPI) schedules supporting board assembly and systems integration. This role will oversee a global team of planners, collaborate with contract manufacturers, and drive operational excellence to ensure timely product launches. You'll play a critical role in launching innovative products on schedule, driving efficiency, and shaping the future of our supply chain operations. Responsibilities:

Experience and Education: Candidates will have a B.S. degree plus 10 years of planning, program/project management, or related experience.
