Sr Business Process Analyst

Our Ecolab team is looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to drive performance improvements for the Global Food Retail customer requirements.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver reports for bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

  • Provide Ad Hoc report delivery for spur of the moment requests from executive leadership

  • Provide yearly performance reporting

  • Develop business analyses and stays current on reporting and change needs of the customer

  • Review and understand new customer asks, documenting as features for future development.

  • Create and maintain project, change and issue logs.

  • Support the customer with in-store support with any technical/login issues

  • Ensure validity and accuracy of reports and dashboards

  • Support initiatives for data integrity, data quality and data accuracy

  • Facilitate corrections in system data though IT tickets and monitoring lifecycle of issues

  • Act as first line of support for customer inquiries including access, reporting, auditing and scoring.

  • Responsible for the assessment, delivery, quality, accuracy, and tracking of any production data fixes

  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems

  • Troubleshoot the reporting database environment

  • Provide technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing

  • Evaluate and track changes and updates to source production systems

  • Train end-users on new feature additions

  • Conduct enhancement walk-throughs and training for new and existing features.

Position Details:

  • This position can be 100% within the US.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 6 years experience in one of more of the following areas: data science/data analytics, computer science, operations research, applied mathematics, statistics or related science and technical field

  • Experience with end-to-end data flows and identifying data dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management.

  • Experience working with PowerBI

  • Experience working with Excel/Pivot Table/Vlookup including the ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, write formulas, develop macros, to process large quantities of data relevant to business tasks.

  • Experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases

  • Experience in analyzing reports and assessing trends

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Products- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI

  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior leaders and business stakeholders

  • Experience in handling large data sets and relational databases

  • Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and presentation skills

  • Self-discipline and high sense of urgency

  • Strong business focus, ownership and inner self-drive to bring connected offerings to real-world customers with tangible impact

  • Comfortable working in an agile and fast-paced environment and creating order from ambiguity

  • Ability to work with team members to do whatever it takes to get the job done

  • Organized, Detail oriented and self-starter.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
