Description PRODUCT SUMMARY Captures and supports delivery of business and system requirements to accomplish business goals. Understands both business requirements and the basic tenets of the technical solution. Helps effectively translate needs between both sets of stakeholders Is accountable for the team backlog Story writing acceptance criteria definition; requirements traceability Decomposition of requirements from complex Epics to digestible user stories Prioritization of user stories and Enablement work Ensuring user stories meet the Definition of Ready before work begins and meet the Definition of Done before acceptance Leverages different analysis techniques to assist with creation of Epics and stories Creation of process flow diagrams, context diagrams, use cases, etc. Collaborates with Product Managers to define and prioritize JIRA Epics Helps remove team impediments Lead/participate in sprint demos and other team ceremonies as needed Participate in Train sync meetings Is accountable to maximize the value delivered by the team Skills epics, grooming sessions, user story, jira, hardware, ATM, Kanban, Sprint, CI/CD Top Skills Details epics,grooming sessions,user story,jira Additional Skills & Qualifications REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Experience working with scrum and kanban teams in a Scaled Agile environment; experience defining user (and technical) stories/acceptance criteria and leading backlog refinement conversations Experience employing various technical analysis techniques Experience working with LOB product managers and System Architects to write Epics and decompose into stories DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Understanding of the ATM and Cash/Check deposit processing domain.
