Job Responsibilities: * Prepare incoming mail for extraction into the system * Open envelopes and stack checks for scanning * Perform routine clerical and operational tasks * Cross-train in other systems as needed * Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks Requirements: * 10-key numerical data entry experience * Lockbox experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to lift 10+ pounds and sit/stand for long periods * Basic computer knowledge * Schedule flexibility (including some bank holidays) * Ability to work independently and in a team environment Top Skills: * Data entry * Administrative and clerical skills * Initiative and adaptability Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Shoreview, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
