Clinical Technician (Entry Level) Location: Poplar Bluff, MO, Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire About the Role We are seeking an Entry-Level Clinical Technician (ClinTech) to join our team. This role supports Respiratory Therapists by setting up and troubleshooting respiratory equipment at hospitals, assisted living facilities, and patient homes. When not on-site, you will assist as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the branch location. Key Responsibilities * Assist Respiratory Department staff with equipment setup and troubleshooting. * Educate patients and caregivers on proper use and care of respiratory equipment (CPAP, BiPAP, Oxygen, Nebulizers, etc.). * Explain financial responsibilities and complete all required documentation accurately and on time. * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. * Process orders, verify referral information, and schedule patient equipment deliveries. * Support front-end operations when not on location. Training * Hands-on training with management (approximately 1 month). * Learn medical equipment and internal computer systems. * While on contract, work primarily at the Lansing branch before transitioning to patient home visits. Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare administration, insurance, billing, call center, or customer service. * Strong communication skills (verbal and written). * Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technologies. * Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and insurance processes preferred.
