Job Title: Processing Specialist Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry-Level Location: Sioux Falls, SD Position Overview Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Processing Specialist to join their team. This entry-level role offers significant opportunities for growth within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying incoming documentation for accuracy, ensuring compliance with established guidelines, and supporting the overall quality assurance process. Key Responsibilities * Review and verify all incoming documentation for accuracy and completeness. * Perform quality assurance checks on applications, statements, funding stipulations, and additional information needed. * Utilize specialized software to locate, label, and upload business reports. * Generate contract requests and confirm all required items are included. * Conduct, verify, and categorize verification data accurately. * Maintain a high level of focus and attention to detail in a primarily sedentary role. Required Skills & Qualifications * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and related applications. * Analytical mindset with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities. * Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Tech-savvy and adaptable to changes in processes or technology. * Coachable, motivated, and committed to achieving goals with integrity.
