*Job Description* In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers by assisting with account management, billing inquiries, troubleshooting streaming issues, and recommending products. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring adaptability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
*Responsibilities:* * Provide assistance via phone and chat for account management, billing, content questions, and navigation of applications * Troubleshoot streaming issues and recommend products * Support multiple products and regions using various systems * Handle 50-70 back-to-back contacts daily * Other duties as assigned *Shift Details & Training* * Training: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM for 3-4 weeks (onsite) * On-the-job training: Monday-Friday, 12 PM - 9 PM for 8-10 weeks * Permanent shifts typically start in the afternoon and end in the evening (e.g., 12 PM - 9 PM) * Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and major events * Attendance during training is mandatory *Workplace Type* * 100% onsite for first 90 days (training period) * After conversion to full-time, remote work is possible if home workspace meets requirements: * Dedicated quiet workspace * Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not allowed) * Internet speed: 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload * Must reside within 30 miles of San Antonio office *Skills & Qualifications* * High school diploma or GED (required) * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred) * Must pass call center telephone skills assessment * Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent typing and computer navigation skills * Familiarity with streaming services and devices * Ability to work in a high-volume, repetitive environment * Reliable transportation and smartphone for authentication *Experience Level* Entry Level *Job Type & Duration* Contract-to-Hire (90 days) Pay: $17.75 *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
