About the Role: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our residential services team during our busiest season. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in real time. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls related to products, services, billing, and transactions. Key Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer support via inbound calls. * Troubleshoot service issues and resolve customer concerns promptly. * Handle billing inquiries and transaction-related questions. * Maintain professionalism and empathy during challenging interactions. * Ensure accurate data entry and adherence to company policies. Requirements * Customer Service experience * High-volume Call Center experience * Strong Data Entry skills. * Must reside in Eastern Standard Time Zone. * Ability to hardwire internet connection via Ethernet (test speed at https://www.speedtest.net/) * Familiarity with Office 365 and basic office equipment Nice-to-Have Skills: * Experience in customer service call centers or team environments * Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required Work Environment * 100% Remote - professionalism and accountability required * Shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST (holiday work expected) * Productivity monitored (time in queue, call status, schedule adherence) Equipment Provided: Laptop, 2 monitors, headset, docking station, credit card keypad Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of FREDERICKSBURG, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
