What You'll Do * Be the friendly voice and helpful resource for customers by answering calls and emails promptly. * Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and general inquiries. * Process orders and route calls to the right team members, ensuring smooth and efficient service. * Review and verify documentation for accuracy and compliance. * Complete insurance verification to confirm patient eligibility, coverage, and benefits. * Obtain pre-authorizations and submit physician orders to insurance carriers when needed. * Navigate multiple EMR systems to update and maintain accurate records. * Communicate trends and insights to Customer Service and Management to improve processes. * Contact patients when documentation needs updates, offering solutions to keep things moving. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
