What is the opportunity?

RBC Wealth Management - Green Bay Office (2465 Marina Circle)is hiring afull-time Registered Client Associateto join a dynamic, high-performing team. Ideal candidates are client-focused, results-driven, and highly organized, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and operational support to top producers.

This role offers competitive, negotiable salary and a comprehensive Total Rewards Program. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships through proactive communication, processing account requests, and ensuring confidentiality of client information. The position involves executing trades for equities, fixed income, and mutual funds as directed by advisors, alongside administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and managing correspondence. Incumbents must address client concerns promptly, onboard and maintain accounts, and facilitate fund transfers and transactions efficiently. They also need to identify client needs and resolve account alerts appropriately.

Essential skills include exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong industry knowledge, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Integrity, adaptability, and a calm demeanor under pressure are also critical for success in this client-focused role.

What will you do?

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting them and answering account questions.
  • Take initiative to handle account inquiries and customer needs and escalate to financial advisors when appropriate.
  • Adhere to compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining appropriate account documentation and communicate with clients about items needed.
  • Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, complete trades in client accounts, and process checks, wires and ACH's in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with RBC's Code of Conduct.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree or job-related experience
  • Strong soft skills including verbal and written communication, people, organizational, and client service skills
  • Attention to detail coupled with the mindset of how you can make advisors more efficient and effective
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment

Nice-to-have

  • Current FINRA registrations
  • Financial services experience
