We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Operator with a strong electrical background to operate, monitor, and maintain advanced automated equipment and machinery within our production environment. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and the ability to interpret electrical schematics, troubleshoot control systems, and ensure continuous, efficient operation of automated processes.
Job Duties: * Operate, monitor, and adjust automated machinery and control systems to ensure smooth production workflows. * Perform start-up, shut-down, and routine operational checks on automated systems. * Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in machinery, including PLC-controlled systems. * Interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and control logic to identify system issues. * Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on electrical and mechanical components. * Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams for system upgrades, calibration, and modifications. * Maintain accurate logs of machine performance, downtime, and repairs using CMMS or related systems. * Ensure adherence to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and industry standards. * Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new automated equipment. * Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize system performance. | |
