Job Description

Primary function will be processing the product entering and existing the Quality Clinic per written procedures. Secondly, coordinating the submittal and retrieval of tools, either calibrated or requiring calibration, with the outside calibration external provider.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) M-F
  • Receiving product into the Quality Clinic.
  • Maintaining the Quality Clinic Master List.
  • Data processing input into the Company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
  • Organize, locate, and transact parts in and out of the Quality Clinic.
  • Maintain the Quality Clinic area in neat and orderly fashion.
  • Coordinate with all departments on part flow/location transaction in the ERP.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings to gather the responsible persons for Root Cause and corrective action meetings.
  • Act as the main driver for Company Physical Inventory (MRB inventory count).
  • Report Daily and Weekly Quality Clinic activities and present during GEMBA walk.
  • Independently manage the part flow in timely manner.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Basic Math capabilities
  • Computer literate
  • Must be fluent in English for reading and writing
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Must be a US Person

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Capable of lifting 25 lbs. and have good hand dexterity for data processing.
  • Position requires significant walking, bending, and standing.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $22.00 to $26.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
