Our Swedesboro, NJ location is seeking a qualified Client Financial Specialist. The Client Financial Specialist will be responsible for reconciliation/maintenance of consumer bank accounts and timely payment of all consumer bills. This position will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the office. Successful applicants will attend paid training to obtain required certifications.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Client Finances

  • Manage all client files in the office
  • Completes all client finances
  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the consumer bank accounts/reconciliations
  • Responsible for preparing monthly financial packets for consumers.
  • Prepare financial reports on consumer finances as requested.
  • Comply with all confidentiality and HIPAA policies to protect information.
  • Keep compliant with Supportive Housing Connection.

Reception

  • Answer phones
  • Order office supplies
  • Complete purchase orders
  • Schedule appointments as needed
  • Create "follow up" lists for management
  • Manages UIR tracking
  • Manages PCP, ISP tracking

Additional Responsibilities

  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals

  • Ability to multi-task and organize projects
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Moderate to excellent computer and data entry skills

Qualifications:

  • Some college and / or human resources or related business field preferred
