Description MaineHealth Maine Medical Center PediatricsKennebunk is seeking a Part-Time BC/BEPediatricianto provide care at ouroffice based at 3 Shape Drive in Kennebunk, ME. The successful candidate will join a team of 2-3 physicians in this specific office. Inpatient call for newborns is shared across 2 practices and includes 8 physicians. This position involves 3 days of outpatient clinical responsibilities as well as the inpatient call coverage which is limited to newborn rounding and coverage for high risk deliveries. You will be joining experienced physicians and well established staff in this location. The local medical community provides excellent collegial interaction and referral relationships. In addition to the base salary, the compensation model for physicians at MaineHealth offers significant additional income opportunities. The position offers teaching opportunities for University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and Tufts medical school students. MinimumQualifications: *MD/DO from an accredited medical school. *Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics. *PALS and NRP certifications. *Prior experience with nursery call and inpatient peds preferred.
